MDT is a co-production platform and one of Sweden’s leading venues for contemporary choreography and performance. They are situated in a reconstructed torpedo workshop on the island of Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. I was asked to develop their new website together with Jonas Williamsson who did the design.

One of the main aspects of this new website was a need to structure their content and connect the different pages with each other. Linking shows to artist talks and workshops, linking artist pages to news and seminars the artist had participated in etc. MDT also wanted a calendar to display all of their activities in one place. Based on this need I also developed a static caching strategy where pages get "sped up" on a regular basis to keep the website running smooth and fast. I also decided to host the website on a VPS server with high CPU to make sure the website stays fast while using the server resources sustainably and responsibly.
